... well, we are somewhat shell shocked. 
Please, please make your feelings known to the developers and the planning team once the application is submitted.

The nearest newly constructed “homes” on Upper Shirley Road are on sale for up to £465K so it’s safe to assume that the Sandrock “homes” will be a similar price bracket. There is no mention of affordable housing, or additional infrastructure in the literature provided.
