Croydon Council is inviting comments on this planning application:

The Sandrock, 152 Upper Shirley Road Croydon CR0 5HA

Erection of two storey side/rear extension to The Sandrock Public House and use of
first/second floors as 4 flats including 1 x two bedroom flat for staff accommodation.
Erection of 2 x two/three storey buildings to rear of pub comprising 7 x one bedroom
flats, 3 x two bedroom flats and 6 x three bedroom flats with associated amenity space
and car parking with creation of new access off Sandrock Place
